  4. NO BLINDLINKING.
  5. NO CHANGES AFTER SUBMITTING. Changing a page after approval will get you BLACKLISTED.
  6. NO ILLEGAL CONTENT. Anyone found submitting illegal content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  7. 2 POSTS PER DAY. Don't waste your time submitting more as they will be rejected.
  8. NO IP ADDRESSES. Only sites with a domain name will be accepted.
  9. NO POPUPS. Using popups will get your site rejected.
  10. NO BANNER FARMS. Advertising is the name of the game but don't over do it.
  11. NO REDIRECTING. Redirecting will get your domain BLACKLISTED.
